How can you stand playing third person adventure games for so long?

I don’t know how others do it. I can’t play a third person adventure game for so long because I get headaches and the movements usually cause me to become confused with the sense of direction. How do you do it?
I frickin Love COD. Currently kicking ass on MW2
you just quit the game and then u pop in a fps game like call of duty and play it =p
