1.download the latest patch(i think 1.7)
2.go to: private-servers:info/CallOfDuty4 (:=.)
3.copy one of those servers
4.open console with tilde
5.ctrl+v to paste
6.enter and you should be in server

Kenny made a video explaining how to extract mount install and apply the crack for AVP. But it can help you with any other game. Here is the video:

And this is my tutorial:
I made this tutorial to explain exactly what you will have to do after downloading a game. If you read it carefully you should not have any problems.
1. Since the download is complete go to Jdownloader, right click on one of the parts and select Open Directory
2. A folder should open (this is the folder where the game was downloaded). In it you can she all the parts, Jdownloader should have extracted them automatically, so an .iso should be also there. If there is no .iso then you will have to download and install this program:
32-bit:

After installing go again to the previous folder grab all the parts, right click and select 7zip and extract here (if a password is needed, you can find it in the text file under the links you downloaded).
3. Now you can burn the .iso on a DVD or download this program to mount it:

(After installing this program double click on the .iso to mount it.)
4. Either if you burned the .iso or you mounted it go to My Computer, there should be the game double click on it and install it.
5. After installing you’ll have to apply the crack. So go again to My Computer right click on the game and select open. In there, there should be a folder named CRACK or SKIDROW or RAZOR1911 or RELOADED or VITALITY. Open it and copy all it contains.
6. Go once again to My Computer, then click Local Disk, Program Files, find the folder with the developers’ of the game name(like Activision or Ubisoft), open it, open the folder with game’s name, paste there and click yes.
After all that it’s time for you to play!
