How can I play my computer downloaded Xbox 360 games in my Xbox 360 console?

I just downloaded the file of Xbox 360 games to my computer. I don’t know how to play it in my Xbox 360.
I downloaded the Burnout Paradise game files for Xbox 360 through torrent. Do I just copy those files to my flash drive and transfer them to my Xbox 360 console?
First of all, you will need to mod your 360 if it is not already modded. Second, you need to burn the game onto a DVD+R DL.
