This seems like a descent multimedia pc.
Personally i think its always best to build your on computer, then slowly add awesome upgrades to your system over time. (i am currently adding a new graphics card, a HD5850/70.)

Browse on the site for other desktops too, they do have some nifty builds but it all depends if you are going to be gaming on it and how demanding your games are. (or programs)
