Why does my computer no longer open or run my online multiplayer computer games?

The games on my computer that are not multiplayer open and run fine, but the games I have downloaded and require internet connection no longer open when i try to open them. They use to run just fine but now when i attempt to open them by double clicking on the icons, it just say’s that the computer needs my permission to continue (it always does that its not new) and after that, nothing happens. My internet connection also works great.
Maybe you have a virus or you are on a limited account on your pc.
