In this 2004 lecture, three famous game designers — Jordan Mechner (Prince of Persia), Rand Miller (Myst), and Will Wright (SimCity) discuss how their games have pushed the boundaries of graphics development over the last several years. Moderated by Vince Broady of CNET GameSpot, the panelists show and tell how their games have helped move us from simple pixel painting to lavish 3-D simulation. The lecture includes several examples and demonstrations of past and present computer graphics development.

Ok. Let’s do it fast.
You already know how this works. It’s just my “opnion” and all you need to do is show your personality respecting it.

Let me say somethings.

First:
I have considerate open world and sandbox games on this video. But some genders I have desconsiderated (RPGs, MMORPGS, RTS and Race Games). I will explain why. RTS and Race games I have another videos go and check out if you want. And about RPGs and MMORPGS, I have played some last times, and I found too much RPG and MMRPG games with open world. All RPG games I played last months was Open World/Sandbox.So I decided make a video with RPG (new one) games another time. So I do not forget Fuel, Burnout Paradise, Fallout 3,Oblivion or any RPG/Race/RTS game.

Second:

Third:
My real intention with the “Top 20 Open World Game for PC”: Well, what is better than the freedom in a game? This is something I want in games and I think so many players want. My videos in youtube are all about pc games. Do you know why? I hear peoples say: “PC Gaming is die”. I’m tired to hear it. So my intention wih this videos and all others videos I have, is not say what game is better than other game. If you look well. We cannot comparate games because each game are exclusive and have different game styles. What I really want is show the games you don’t played already. The game incorporates “origins” for each race and some classes. For example, a Dwarf Noble begins the game as part of the royal family in one of the dwarven cities, whereas the Dwarf Commoner origin story begins on the streets of the city. Origin stories determine the background of the player’s character prior to the main events of the game’s story, forming an introduction to the world while also comprising hours of play. Characters that the player meets during the origin story may reappear throughout the game, some of whom may be adversaries.

There is no tracking of alignment as in previous BioWare games,but the moral choices of the player will still affect the story throughout the game. The player will save the world regardless of choosing to be good or evil, but the decisions that the player makes in the process will change the game world accordingly deciding who will become King, for example, and affecting nations and races and their places in the world. These decisions will also influence the companion NPCs, possibly causing an NPC to leave the party or even attack the player if they disagree strongly with your actions.

As with the Baldur’s Gate series, players are able to issue orders to NPCs in real time, but pause the game to queue up actions such as spells and special attacks.

There are three base classes to choose from: the rogue, the warrior, and the mage.These classes can be upgraded later into a specialized class, such as the Berserker or Templar for the warrior class,and Shapeshifter or Blood Mage for the mage.The game uses a party system similar to that of the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, in that it features the main character with up to three active party members, chosen from a large pool of NPCs in the game. The camera is in an over-the-shoulder third person view when zoomed in, and an isometric-style view when zoomed out, though the console versions cannot zoom out to the extent of the PC version. The spells in the game interact with the effects of others, such as a blizzard spell putting out the flames caused by hitting something with a grease spell and then a fire spell.

Aliens: Colonial Marines, Rage, Duke Nukem Forever, Bioshock 2, Starcraft 2.

-RE5 is coming out for the PC as predicted. However, it’s not in the video since it was announced after this video was made.

-Duke Nukem: Forever has been canned so far because 3d realms has closed its doors.
